CANCELLATION POLICY

I have a set cancellation policy that is strictly enforced. Cancellation/rescheduling same day(24 hours or less) will result in 50% of the cost of service booked. If you no show/no call on appointment day, you will be charged 100% of the cost of service booked and may be removed from client list at stylists discretion. Please be on time to your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late, service may need to be cancelled or shorter service may need to be performed. If you are running more than 15 minutes late resulting in a cancelled appointment, 50% of booked service will be charged to the card on file. These fees must be paid in order to rebook.
